Fairmont Hotels and Resorts properties are pulling out all the stops to make this a holiday season guests will never forget. From a three-course Thanksgiving dinner to harvest-inspired dining, Fairmont is at the core of all successful (and delicious) holiday meals this year.

Allow Fairmont Chicago to do all the prep work for your Thanksgiving feast this year. Its Thanksgiving Feast at Home includes citrus-brined, free-range turkey; honey-glazed spiral ham; apple and sage stuffing; orange cranberry sauce; potatoes; vegetables; gravy; dinner rolls; and homemade pie. Each spread is completely personalized with additional à la carte dishes. Meals are also designed for easy reheating, allowing more family time and less clean-up.
Experience Puerto Rican hospitality this Thanksgiving with a special holiday buffet on Nov. 26, 5 p.m.–1 a.m. Hosted in the hotel’s signature restaurant, Caña by José Enrique, the celebration brings families and friends together for a memorable holiday experience.
This Calgary, Canada, hotel invites guests from Oct. 9 to 12 to enjoy a three-course Thanksgiving menu inspired by the holiday’s rich flavors. Delicious bites include maple-roasted cauliflower soup, Swiss chard salad with cinnamon apple and honey vinaigrette, roasted turkey breast with thyme stuffing, and seasonal alternatives such as seared branzino or stuffed acorn squash. The meal concludes with sweet-tooth heaven: spiced parsnip cake, apple caramel, caramel whip and vanilla bean gelato.
Celebrate Thanksgiving this year in a heated Winter Chalet at Fairmont Century Plaza. Paired with twinkling holiday lights and a thoughtfully prepared holiday feast, this intimate experience is available Nov. 26, 5–9 p.m., starting at $85 per person.

Sep 30, 2026Review: Sushi by Scratch at Grand Hyatt Deer Valley
Husband-and-wife team Phillip Frankland Lee and Margarita Kallas-Lee made their mark by reinventing the term “hidden gem” through their surprising and intentional collection of destination restaurants. Even at a time when the San Fernando Valley was not known for innovative 5-star dining, the Lees’ concepts gathered such a strong buzz that discerning diners cheerfully followed them “over the hill.”
