Adventure tour operator Intrepid Travel reported a 31 percent increase in website traffic for private tours among North American travelers over the past two months. Those looking for a private tour can choose from more than 1,000 pre-existing itineraries from Intrepid Travel. The team tailors these trips to match individualized budget, interest and style needs.
Private jet charter company Monarch Air Group saw a 125 percent year-over-year increase in June. The air group partnered with Karisma Hotels & Resorts on an exclusive offer for travel to Mexico. Guests receive 10 percent off regular rates when booked by Aug. 31 for travel through Dec. 31, 2021. Contact Monarch Air Group and mention “Karisma Getaways” when booking.
Hotels around the world offer options to buy out a block of rooms or even the entire property. Villa Royale in Palm Springs, California, and Ocean House, Watch Hill in Rhode Island offer entire property buyouts. The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach; The Ritz-Carlton Bal-Harbour, Miami; and Alisal Guest Ranch & Resort offer either private floors or room blocks for guests.
