Corporate retreats at Stanly Ranch include a Pit Crew Masterclass, in which former NASCAR legend Andy Papathanassiou leads a group in a fun environment. In this workshop, guests learn how to be more efficient in The Pits through team-building exercises. A great ice breaker, this masterclass focuses on communication, innovation and motivation. This class is available for a minimum of 20 people and a maximum of 100.
Also at the property is the Wim Hof Method. Best for smaller business groups between 10 and 15 guests, this program shows guests how to experience increased energy, better sleep, reduced stress and heightened focus. The experience culminates with an optional coached ice bath.

This newly opened property is a unique destination for meetings and groups seeking an authentic connection with each other amidst California’s idyllic coast. The property’s signature group experience, Private Paella Night, sees Executive Chef Rhoda Magbitang lead the session. Groups sit at an elongated farm table while sipping Spanish wines and listening to Spanish music, all while Chef Rhoda guides guests through an in-depth demonstration filled with tips and tricks for at-home recipes, too.

Boston’s spirited luxury hotel partners with non-profit Community Rowing Inc. to offer guests the chance to enjoy iconic rowing experiences on the Charles River. The perfect team-building activity, groups of up to 48 can row together on 12-person barges for a two-hour session. Groups at Hotel Commonwealth can enjoy this Boston experience while working with one another. This experience, available throughout the rowing season between April and November, begins with private indoor instruction, following by an on-water experience with one of Community Rowing Inc.’s trained coaches.
