I just returned from a trip to China where I played Weihai Point in the Shangdon Province. I played the course about a year and a half ago and wrote a review in Global Traveler (see GTee January 2010). What a difference between the November and May weather, as we had two glorious days on the course.
Weihai Point continues to be one of the most challenging courses I have played, and as the readers of Global Traveler know, I’ve played a lot, from the Old Course in Scotland to Pebble Beach.
