Located at 79 Barlby Road in West London, and already recognized as one of the city’s favorite hubs for art, design and performances, Ladbroke Hall now has your summer pizza cravings under control. On-site osteria Pollini at Ladbroke Hall just launched Giardinetto, a brand-new pizza concept.

Located at the center of the venue with garden seating, Pollini at Ladbroke Hall and Giardinetto are under the direction of Italian Chef Emanuele Pollini. Available al fresco, the new pizza menu includes classics with creative spins such as Bufalina with San Marzano tomato, buffalo mozzarella and basil; Mortadella and Pistachio with Mortadella di Bologna I.G.P., stracciatella and pistachio; and Wagyu Bresaola with Wagyu bresaola, rocket greens and parmesan.

A 43,000-square-foot space situated in the Notting Hill neighborhood, Ladbroke Hall acts as a cultural hub for contemporary art, collectible design, dance, music, culture and dining. The Beaux Arts building dates to 1903 when it housed the Clément-Talbot factory and car showroom. Reimagined and restored, it’s home to a variety of event spaces, a live performance theater, aesthetic library, speakeasy, London flagship Carpenters Workshop Gallery and an outdoor garden with a bamboo forest created by Italian designer Luciano Giubbilei.

Summer programming at Ladbroke Hall includes Sunday workshops with Alexandra Lunn, founder of London-based Well-Crafted. Lunn will host a range of creative workshop classes ranging from hands-on instruction in how to create a personalized typeface and how to decorate a Wimbledon straw hat to the traditional Polish folk art of paper cutting.

Through Sept. 30, the featured exhibition will be “Small Car, Big Windows” by French artists/designers Martin Laforêt and Léa Mestres, whose new work examines how we travel, and how the landscapes we encounter influence our perception of the greater world.

Get an Insider’s Look at Napa Valley’s Busiest Season

If you haven’t been to wine country during harvest season, have you really been to wine country? Vineyards buzz with workers plucking sun-ripened clusters while the winery hums with sorting tables and presses gently extracting precious juice and tannins. In the cellar, the air is perfumed with an intoxicating cuvée of baking bread and grapes as vats alive with bubbling juice are tended to by the winemaker’s watchful eyes. For wine lovers, the experience is nothing short of magical. It also offers a newfound appreciation to the hard work behind every bottle in a way that simply bellying up to a tasting bar never could. Napa Valley has perfected the art of the harvest celebration with festivals, dinners, tastings, hands-on experiences and, of course, the opportunity to literally feel grapes between your toes.
