Deer Valley East Village, Utah, welcomes Waldorf Astoria Deer Valley Resort and Residences in 2028, marking the first major public alpine ski resort to be developed in North America in more than 40 years. The ski-in, ski-out property will feature 132 accommodations and 105 one- to six-bedroom branded residences.
Guests of the hotel will also enjoy access to a 15,000-square-foot spa; ski valet and concierge services; many restaurants,bars and lounges, including Waldorf Astoria’s signature Peacock Alley; 11,300 square feet of meeting and event space, including a 5,200-square-foot ballroom; and more.
