The hotel boasts one of North Africa’s largest private art collections, with nearly 7,000 works. Every corner of the hotel is adorned with art and artifacts. Waldorf Astoria icon Peacock Alley also graces the new hotel, serving afternoon tea, coffee and handcrafted cocktails.

Signature restaurant Aldabaran by Alain Ducasse brings global prestige and refined gastronomy to the city, serving dishes like line-caught sea bass with artichokes and radicchio, wagyu beef tenderloin with polenta and pepper jus, roasted lamb saddle with vegetable caponata, and Tropézienne tart scented with orange blossom.

Other dining outlets include Brassiere Magnolia, a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant; soon-to-open Sapphire Room, a bold, pan-Asian bar with music, cocktails and shareable plates; and Après, a coffee bar serving artisanal delights.

The Waldorf Astoria Spa overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and combines Moroccan wellness rituals with contemporary luxury, complete with a traditional hammam, six treatment rooms, detoxifying Iyashi dome, heated quartz sand table, ice room and sauna. The hotel also offers a gym, relaxation lounge, indoor pool and ocean-facing infinity pool.
