United Airlines opened a new Polaris lounge over the weekend located in Los Angeles International Airport and giving United business-class passengers a place to unwind before take-off. The Los Angeles lounge is specific to the region in a number of ways. It features the work of local artists and food and drink inspired by the city.
In addition to the new lounge, United recently completed a renovation of Terminal 7, the location of the new lounge.
“Los Angeles is one of United’s most important gateways, particularly to Asia and Australia, and this lounge provides our customers with a best-in-class experience before they board their flights, especially for those customers with late-night departures and early-morning arrivals,” said Janet Lamkin, president, California, United Airlines.
