Cambodia’s vibrant capital of Phnom Penh (KTI) is easier to reach than ever thanks to new routes launched by Turkish Airlines. Offered three times per week, new routes operate from Istanbul (IST) on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, with return flights to Istanbul on Monday, Thursday and Saturday.
“As Turkish Airlines, we continuously expand our network connecting continents and strengthen our connections with strategic destinations,” said Bilal Ekşi, CEO, Turkish Airlines. “Adding Cambodia as our 132nd country to our unparalleled network, and the launch of Phnom Penh flights marks a significant step forward in this goal. Our flights to Cambodia will present new opportunities for both tourism and business. Additionally, as the only European carrier flying to this destination, we will further solidify our leadership in the region.”
Making Phnom Penh’s cultural heritage, trade centers and commercial ties more accessible, while providing new opportunities for business and tourism, these expanded flight offerings are particularly exciting in light of Turkish Airlines’ role as the only European carrier flying to this destination. With the addition of Phnom Penh, Cambodia became the seventh country and 11th city in Southeast Asia served by Turkish Airlines. The new route increases the airline’s Far East network to 20 cities and 21 airports.
Until Feb. 10 — for travel until Oct. 31 — guests can take advantage of special launch prices and book fares beginning at $699 for flights from Istanbul to Phnom Penh, and $679 for flights from Phnom Penh to Istanbul. These special prices are available on Turkish Airlines’ official website, and may vary for bookings made through ticket sales offices and travel agencies.
