The property features 62 rooms across three categories, including the Imperial Suite, with panoramic windows overlooking the mountains of Machu Picchu and the Vilcanota River. This suite offers views from the Jacuzzi while, inside, guests can expect goose feather comforters and a hypoallergenic pillow. Two junior suites offer Vilcanota River and mountain views from a private balcony. The Sumaq Deluxe room also offer views, Andean design motifs, woven textiles and pre-Colombian art. Guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner at Qunuq Restaurant, where the culinary team crafts an immersive gastronomic journey rooted in local Peruvian ingredients and ancestral cooking techniques. Qunuq also offers gluten-free, vegan and lactose-free options. The experience is further elevated by Qunuq’s newly introduced dessert menu, an artful collection of sweets inspired by Andean landscapes, native ingredients, and presentations paying homage to the Peruvian mountains and jungle.

Signature creations include warm Sumaq bonbons, featuring raisins and algarrobina, two ingredients deeply linked to Peruvian tradition; a modern Lucuma roll cake, with an ancestral fruit, Chuncho cocoa from the valley and Andean coffee; an Amazonian cheesecake; and an Andean stuffed potato, filled with melted chocolate and topped with crunchy quinoa.

The new dessert menu extends the gastronomic experience while honoring Peruvian traditions and combining local ingredients such as alpaca; mountain trout; and Cushuro, freshwater algae considered an ancient superfood. On the first floor, newly reimagined Suquy Café & Bar offers a warm, sophisticated ambiance inspired by the element of fire. Golden accents, a central fireplace, panoramic views and cocktails by renowned mixologists create an inviting gathering place, complemented by snacks prepared with ingredients sourced from the Cusco region.

Additionally, the hotel offers tasting menus, cooking classes, mixology workshops and more, all centered around Peru’s gastronomy.

Aqlla Spa offers a range of wellness treatments inspired by ancient Andean traditions. Treatments incorporate Inca techniques and local ingredients (quinoa, honey, pink Maras salt, coca, muña, Andean stones) aimed at easing muscular tension, improving circulation and relieving stress.
