Palmea Kitchen
This breakfast café boasts 100 outdoor seats as well as 130 indoor seats. The menu features American classics elevated with Mediterranean flavors.

Solara
Located in the newly renovated lobby, Solara is an all-day dining concept with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the pool and ocean.
Playa
Beachfront bar and grill Playa serves up bold seafood dishes with Latin flair. Expect to see lobster quesadillas and ceviche alongside frozen cocktails.
The Press
The Press is the spot for quick bites with grab-and-go items like muffins, sandwiches, smoothies, coffee and more.

Diplomat Prime
The hotel’s redesigned signature steakhouse showcases classic steakhouse fare and craft beverages. In addition to new interiors, the space now includes a brand-new patio.

Please enjoy the Wave Issue, our cruising special for the first half of 2026. Cruising is booming, and travelers cannot get enough of it. I just returned from a fantastic trip on Regent Seven Seas Mariner with a group of Globility Board members and other Global Traveler subscribers. We departed from İstanbul and made our way through the Dardanelles Strait, connecting the Sea of Marmara to the Aegean. From there we entered the Mediterranean. The ship made interesting stops in Greece, Montenegro and Croatia before docking in Trieste. Please read my GT Tested review of Seven Seas Mariner in this issue.
