Stradom House Hotel & Spa, Autograph Collection recently launched a holistic wellness and spa treatment menu at its SÓL Spa in collaboration with London-based wellness practitioner Alexandra Soveral. The enhanced offering introduces an overall more immersive approach to wellbeing.
Stradom House is set within a restored 14th-century monastery with SÓL Spa considered the heart of the hotel. Soveral’s philosophy of plant-based, intuitive skincare now informs the spa’s treatments, scent identity and in-room amenities. SÓL Spa finds inspiration in Poland’s centuries-old salt-mining traditions, evidenced through an expanded treatment menu introducing a new collection of holistic face and body rituals.
The new menu is divided into three parts: Face, Back & Body, and Heritage. Facial treatments highlight Soveral’s signature Soveral Method, designed to restore skin health through lymphatic drainage, deep facial massage and bioactive skincare formulations. The signature Soveral Method is a 60-minute treatment focused on regeneration, radiance and muscular release; more intensive Soveral Method Plus incorporates detoxifying masks, massage stones and additional sculpting techniques. The shortest of the three, Soveral Express delivers an immediate lifting and hydrating effect. Soveral also developed SÓL Oil Bar, a personalized aromatherapy using custom blends of botanical oils selected according to each guest’s physical and emotional needs.
Bodywork specialist Beata Aleksandrowicz designed the signature Deep SÓL treatment, combining deep tissue massage, trigger-point therapy, Thai stretching, touch therapy and energy work, offered in two iterations. Face massage expert Shiri Aharoni developed heritage-inspired rituals including traditional facial massage using handcrafted agate gua sha tools rooted in Chinese and Taiwanese medicine. Other additions include the SÓL Ceremony, a mineral-rich salt exfoliation and a Polish Herbal Clays treatment using herbal extracts and mineral-rich clays.
The spa offers a comprehensive wellness circuit, including an indoor pool, steam room, bio sauna, infrared salt sauna, relaxation areas and a fully equipped fitness studio.

Aug 11, 2026Get an Insider’s Look at Napa Valley’s Busiest Season
If you haven’t been to wine country during harvest season, have you really been to wine country? Vineyards buzz with workers plucking sun-ripened clusters while the winery hums with sorting tables and presses gently extracting precious juice and tannins. In the cellar, the air is perfumed with an intoxicating cuvée of baking bread and grapes as vats alive with bubbling juice are tended to by the winemaker’s watchful eyes. For wine lovers, the experience is nothing short of magical. It also offers a newfound appreciation to the hard work behind every bottle in a way that simply bellying up to a tasting bar never could. Napa Valley has perfected the art of the harvest celebration with festivals, dinners, tastings, hands-on experiences and, of course, the opportunity to literally feel grapes between your toes.
