Six Senses Con Dao invites travelers to its newly transformed spa to embark on a personalized wellness journey.

Set within the Con Dao archipelago in Vietnam, the spa’s new design draws inspiration from the water lilies floating in the surrounding waters. With sustainability at its forefront, the building features bamboo structures and a teak wooden look to highlight the natural landscape.

All treatments and experiences follow Six Senses’ high-tech, high-touch philosophy to blend age-old wisdom with modern day methods. At Six Senses Con Dao, every approach to wellness is unique as it is personalized, with focuses on optimizing sleep, mindful nourishment, movement and self-discovery.

Guests can expect bespoke programs such as Ayurveda, detoxification, sleep enhancement and yoga retreat. All programs are led by in-house experts and created for each guest based on a one-on-one Wellness Screening. This screening provides comprehensive biomarker evaluations to help optimize health improvements.

The new spa also features Thai Massage facilities, biohacking technology, steam rooms, Finnish saunas, infrared sauna rooms and ice bucket showers. It also features eight treatment rooms, including a couples’ suite, and a Relaxation Lounge and Alchemy Bar where guests can take part in workshops on how to harness the healing powers of indigenous plants and herbs grown in the resort’s garden.

Morning meditation, restorative yoga and sound healing sessions in an open-air pavilion with the beach as the backdrop are also offered to guests. The wellness journey also includes a stop at Biohack Recovery Lounge, where advanced technology is combined with recovery techniques to strengthen physiology and psychology, ensuring guests leave better then when they arrived.
