Seabourn recently announced new wellness cruises in Arabia and the South Pacific, setting sail  later this year and in 2020. The cruises are created in partnership with Dr. Andrew Weil.

The Arabian cruise sets sail Nov. 13–Dec. 2. Christened the Route to Ancient Wellness cruise, it takes place aboard the Seabourn Ovation, departing from Athens and following ancient trade routes in the Mediterranean until it arrives in Dubai. In addition to workshops, discussions and excursions led by Dr. Weil, guests also enjoy activities helmed by experts in topics such as traditional energy healing, mind-body medicine and the relationship between personal health and the ecosystem.

The Wellness in the South Pacific cruise takes place Feb. 21–March 8, 2020. It leaves from Auckland, New Zealand, traveling to each of the country’s islands before exploring Australia, with stops in Melbourne, Victoria, New South Wales and, finally, Sydney. Experts along the way focus on topics such as women’s health, genetics, mental illness and mindfulness-based stress reduction.
