As part of the anniversary celebrations, a new campaign titled “15 Years of Caring, 15 Acts of Change” was revealed, emphasizing sustainability and community impact. Further, the debut of Royalton Vessence Resorts in Barbados and the inclusion of Paraiso de la Bonita, A Luxury Collection, Resort, Riviera Maya, Adult All-Inclusive to the Royalton portfolio were announced.
Royalton’s all-inclusive model delivers stress-free planning. Tools available to guests include RFID-enabled wristbands, smart TVs and fully integrated mobile apps that help with organizing and time management during stays. The use of AI automation in management helps match guests with the best room for their needs. Pelfort predicts the all-inclusive standard will evolve to include enhanced personalization, multigenerational flexibility, lifestyle alignment and wellness.
