Raffles Hotels & Resorts recently introduced The Butler Did It Collection, available only at Printemps New York and Paris store locations through March 10; select pieces are also offered on Printemps.com. The fashion and home goods collection captures Raffles’ world of elegance and enchanted glamour; the products were designed for Raffles in partnership with Globe-Trotter, Frette and Christofle.
Renowned stylist Jessica Diehl developed the products, including ready-to-wear and lifestyle pieces such as pajamas, t-shirts, polos, cashmere jumpers, velvet smoking jackets and accessories ranging from bucket hats to cashmere baseball caps.
“Through ‘The Butler Did It Collection’, we are thrilled to give guests the opportunity to enjoy Raffles outside of our hotels. Designed to reflect the effortless glamour and sense of ease that define a stay with us, the collection plays with color, texture, and our signature palm motif, capturing the same sense of whimsy, surprise, and care that sits at the heart of the Raffles experience,” said Claudia Kozma Kaplan, chief brand officer, Raffles.
Globe-Trotter created a bespoke, deep green suitcase with Raffles’ signature palm print on the lining. Frette launched custom velvet slippers embroidered with “The Butler Did It,” while Christofle reimagines its iconic coffee cup with the collection’s namesake phrase.
“We are delighted to debut ‘The Butler Did It Collection from Raffles’. Much like Printemps, Raffles is synonymous with excellence in both service and style. We are proud to be the exclusive home of this collection and to celebrate a shared appreciation for craftsmanship, creativity, and modern luxury,” said Theirry Prevost, chief executive officer, Printemps America.
The collection takes its inspiration from Raffles’ recent global brand campaign, ‘The Butler Did It,’ celebrating the brand’s legendary Butler Service. The Butler Did It Collection serves as a preview of a broader ready-to-wear and home offering Raffles will introduce in fall 2026 with the launch of its dedicated e-retail platform.

Mar 13, 2026Revive and Relax at Finisterra Spa at Martinhal Sagres Family Beach Resort
Most visitors remember Portugal’s Algarve for its 100-plus miles of golden, sun-drenched beaches. We remember this southern coast of Portugal for the quiet, white-washed villages and dramatic cliffs of its far western corner. Neither I nor my husband, Tim, had been fans of spas before that trip, but Finisterra made us believers.
