In 2027, Nashville, Tennessee, will officially be home to Pendry Nashville and Pendry Residences Nashville. The upscale property will emerge in the Paseo South Gulch district and feature 180 guestrooms and suites, as well as 146 Pendry Residences.

Residences will offer best-in-class design and architecture, complete with spacious floorplans, bespoke finishes and city views. The Residences will also provide access to the hotel’s amenities and services, while exclusive residential amenities include a private residential pool, dining room, whiskey and billiards room, security, parking, personalized services, property management, and more. Residences range from one- to four-bedroom units and will be available for purchase this year.

Hotel guests of the property will enjoy a ground-floor restaurant and lobby bar, rooftop pool with a rooftop garden restaurant and bar, indoor and outdoor fitness center, writer’s room and library that doubles as a meeting space, junior ballroom with show kitchen, and a ballroom with a private outdoor terrace.

Details like cozy fireplaces, Italian marble, warm woods and burnished brass accents create an inviting, upscale atmosphere.

The new property will be conceived thanks to a partnership with SomeraRoad, a Nashville- and New York-based real estate investment and development firm, and Trestle Studios.
