Park MGM provides a next-level meeting experience with its new 7,000-square-foot Ideation Studio. The meeting space, created in conjunction with Cisco Systems, is the first to provide groups with Cisco Webex Boards and Cisco Webex Teams for combined real and virtual meeting space for collaboration, video calls, file sharing and more.

The “smart” conference space recognizes each person’s device as they enter a room, regardless of the device type. No wires or passcodes are required for tech use. The system captures team’s meeting notes and provides them to attendees afterward.

Beyond technology, the Ideation Studio space is based on behavioral science. Chair and table height, lighting, flooring and more are specially designed to enhance engagement and creativity.

The Ideation Studio is furthermore a member of IACC, an elite group of conference and meeting venues across 26 countries representing the top 1 percent of meeting spaces worldwide.
