Oceania Cruises unveiled the restaurant and dining experiences aboard its newest ship, Vista, debuting in 2023. A total of 12 culinary venues will be on offer, with four brand-new and exclusive to Vista.

“Vista will present a fresh perspective on the finest cuisine at sea with an astounding array of dining options that range from informal to the extravagant,” stated Bob Binder, president and CEO, Oceania Cruises. “We have never been content to rest on our laurels, so even the expected has become the unexpected. A dramatic re-inspiration of every dining space from décor to table setting to menu offerings has resulted in a new pinnacle of diversity and creativity for our guests to enjoy.”

Here’s what cruisers can look forward to aboard Vista:

• Ember, open for lunch and dinner, will feature a menu of inventive American creations and time-honored classics.
• Aquamar Kitchen, with breakfast and lunch, blends dining and the pursuit of wellness, with an abundance of indulgence and none of the guilt.
• The Grand Dining Room is the grand dame of Oceania’s culinary offerings. Menus change daily with at least 10 appetizers, soups and salads; and 10 dinner entrees.
• Polo Grill is the ultimate classic steakhouse, serving beef dishes that are 28-day, dry-aged, certified Black Angus USDA Prime, alongside classic seafood dishes.
• Toscana brings a truly Italian setting to the ship, evolved from generational family traditions. Think classic dishes like hand-rolled gnocchi and sea bass with Sorrento lemon.
• Red Ginger serves up a fusion of Thai, Korean, Japanese and Malaysian dishes that will offer a savory and sweet blend to please any palate.
• Informal, all-day dining can be found at Terrace Café, which also offers al fresco dining.
• Waves Grill is a casual setting for all-American favorites.
• Chef instructors share their perspectives on culture and cuisine through the lens of food and wine at The Culinary Center. The ocean-view Culinary Center Dining Room will offer private group dinners and food and wine pairing experiences.
• Priveé hosts bespoke, intimate culinary celebrations for a maximum of 10 guests.
• Baristas boasts 270-degree views alongside caffeine-fueled beverages, pastries, biscotti and more.
• Nearby, Bakery serves French and Italian pastries and fills the air with delicious scents.
