Featuring modern California fare with fresh ingredients, Ilora will be the region’s newest fine-dining destination, created in partnership with Theorem Vineyards owners Kisha and Jason Itkin.
Later this year, wine bar Elsewhere debuts in St. Helena. This concept from Nick Kokonas, cofounder of Chicago’s Alinea and founder of Tock, will feature an expansive global wine list with reportedly thousands of selections.
