Mailena, a luxury wellness retreat, is slated to open in Loreto, Mexico, in summer 2026. Set on the Baja California Peninsula coast, this retreat will be the region’s first wellness resort and adults-only property.

Set on the 741-acre resort community, Danzante Bay, Mailena will offer 96 guestrooms, a beachfront pool, oceanfront restaurant, bar, wellness programming, beach club and access to award-winning TPC Danzante Bay 18-hole golf course.

Located at the heart of the property, the Wellness and Longevity Center will offer guests state-of-the-art treatments and amenities. The resort offers off-site, immersive activities for guests including cultural city tours of Loreto, snorkeling, ATV desert tours and sport fishing.

Mexican-based design firm Broissin draws inspiration from the local landscape, vegetation and climate for the resort’s concept. Spaces will boast an earth-toned color palette, locally sourced wood accent pieces and other bespoke architectural elements.

Reservations are expected to open in March 2026.
