Last December, Edinburgh Gin Distillery at The Arches officially opened to the public, inviting visitors into its state-of-the-art distillery. Located right off the Scottish city’s Royal Mile, this new distillery blends history with modern innovation, offering four unique experiences.

From tours and cocktail-making classes to a gin-making workshop, this distillery provides expertly crafted programs. Visitors can even book a gin and chocolate pairing class. Also within the distillery is a chic bar and terrace, The Arches, offering views of Edinburgh’s skyline alongside tasty tipples. Accompanying craft cocktails and gins are Scottish charcuterie and cheese boards.
The distillery’s menu includes a range of gins, liqueurs, signature spritzes, G&Ts, cocktails and mixed drinks, and martinis. Wine lovers can also indulge in some sparkling, white, red and rosé wines, as well as craft beer, stouts and ciders. Monthly curated bartenders make appearances at The Arches, too, showcasing both contemporary and classic cocktails.

Edinburgh Gin was founded in 2010, growing over the years to create gins representing one of the most varied and vibrant range of gins in the world. The distillery’s commitment to sustainability means the brand utilizes eco-conscious packaging and operates on 100 percent renewable electricity.
