The new property will feature 203 guestrooms and suites, all with earth-tone palettes, warm wood accents, generous space and spa-like bathrooms.
In fact, the hotel boasts the largest rooms by square footage in the downtown Napa Valley region, with all rooms offering premium amenities like coffeemakers, tea kettles and, of course, temperature-controlled wine refrigerators. Select rooms and suites will also feature custom bi-fold doors opening onto private patios with fire pits.
The heart of the resort is The Offering Tree, a symbolic focal point encircled by a sculptural table welcoming guests with wine tastings in partnership with local wineries.
Resort amenities include an expansive pool and hot tub surrounded by lush landscaping, as well as a redwood lawn with communal firepits. Dining at the resort entails Lobby Lounge, a space for a handcrafted drink and artisanal small plates; Creekside Terrace, a cozy spot for breakfast, lunch or weekend brunch; and Gourmet Grab-and-Go Market, offering quick, flavorful options to fuel the day with locally sourced products. The star of the food and beverage outlets at the resort, however, will be a steakhouse, blending innovative dishes with an award-winning wine selection.
A state-of-the-art fitness center will also be available to guests. Also expected to debut in early 2026, The Spa at Casa Mani will span five treatment rooms (including a deluxe treatment suite for couples), a sensory shower and Hydrothermal Circuit (with steam and sauna).
Casa Mani Resort Napa Valley also offers groups a variety of spaces for meetings, social celebrations and retreats, from garden-view venues to light-filled courtyards. In total, the hotel will encompass more than 15,000 square feet of event space across seven meeting rooms, two boardrooms and the lawn.
