A new, refined boutique hotel is coming to Dallas, Texas, this summer. Terraces at The Drey, an expansion of The Drey Hotel portfolio, will be designed through the adaptive reuse of an existing building. The new tower, meanwhile, will add 47 guestrooms, bringing the total room count at The Drey to 100.

Terraces at The Drey builds on the success of The Drey, while offering a more design-driven and expansive experience through generous room sizes, highly individualized layouts and seamless access to outdoor living. Accommodations feature thoughtful use of wood and warm materials. Select suites open onto private, open-air terraces, including seven terrace suites total and two signature corner suites with outdoor spaces capable of hosting private gatherings and events for up to 100 guests.

The new property will also offer meeting and event space for 50–75 guests, with the ability to expand by opening directly to outdoor areas. Guests of Terraces at The Drey will enjoy access to a wide range of amenities across the property, including a resort-style pool, fitness center and wellness complex featuring group classes, co-working spaces, walking trails and open green space, and dining destinations throughout the district.

Original food and beverage concepts created and operated by The Village are planned for the new tower, with additional details to be announced at a later date.
