Florida’s Historic Coast makes history with four restaurants earning recognition in the MICHELIN Florida Guide 2026, putting Northeast Florida on the MICHELIN map for the first time ever.
Asado Life and Lotus Noodle Bar made the MICHELIN Guide Florida 2026 Recommended Restaurants list, while Bar Citra and Sunday Gathering Table were awarded MICHELIN’s Bib Gourmand distinction. Lotus Noodle Bar, helmed by Chef Barry Honan, began as a pop-up in 2021 before transitioning to a permanent establishment, serving tasteful dishes in an open kitchen.
Asado Life offers authentic aromas, flavors and ingredients of Argentinian asado under Executive Chef Matthew Brown. Bar Cintra serves carefully sourced tea and coffee, fresh-baked pastries and breads, seasonal plates and natural wines; Sunday Gathering Table offers breakfast and lunch dishes with a homey touch.
