LATINA Style, Inc., named MGM Resorts International in its Top 50 Best Companies for Latinas to Work for in the United States. The full list was published in the September issue of LATINA Style magazine.

The LATINA Style 50 survey has been a mainstay since 1998, and is considered the standard by which corporate America measures diversity accomplishments in the Latina community. Among many other contributing factors, the survey this year focused specifically on Latina promotions, recruitment, retention and the number of Latina employees at the company. The report then  showcases companies demonstrating diversity and inclusion as direct links to their success.

MGM Resorts established partnerships with various Hispanic organizations, including the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility, Latin Chamber of Commerce Nevada Inc., the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities and the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Million Dollar Club.
