Phil Rosenthal, award-winning creator, executive producer and host of Somebody Feed Phil, teams with Marriott Bonvoy Moments to host members at three exclusive Marriott Bonvoy Moments in Paros, Greece; New Orleans, Louisiana; and Los Angeles, California. Together, the three experiences showcase Rosenthal’s relationship with food and travel
The experiences offer members a chance to see these destinations through Rosenthal’s personal lens; here’s a closer look at each:

Paros, Greece (Sept. 26–29)
Bidding is now closed for this experience. In Paros, Greece, members stay at brand-new Oroséa, Paros, Autograph Collection. Rosenthal has never been to Greece before and chose to make his first visit with Marriott Bonvoy members. Members will experience the vineyard with a special sensory tour and tasting, share in an immersive local excursion, take part in a Greek cooking class, and be guided to culinary excursions handpicked by Rosenthal.
New Orleans, Louisiana (Dec. 2–4)
The New Orleans Moment will go live for members to bid points Oct. 6. In New Orleans, members enjoy a premium bourbon tasting of single-barrel selections from some of America’s most respected distilleries at Marriott Warehouse Arts District. Guests also embark on a food tour through the city, visiting some of Rosenthal’s favorite spots.
Los Angeles, California (Jan. 22–24)
Bidding for the Los Angeles Moment opens Oct. 20. In LA, members get special access to Max and Helen’s, Rosenthal’s restaurant that celebrates his parents with classic diner recipes and comfort food. Rosenthal will demonstrate how to make a traditional egg cream, his beloved childhood favorite that holds a special place in his family’s story.

Husband-and-wife team Phillip Frankland Lee and Margarita Kallas-Lee made their mark by reinventing the term “hidden gem” through their surprising and intentional collection of destination restaurants. While they launched the original Scratch Kitchen in 2013, an expired lease prompted them to relocate to an unassuming strip mall in suburban Encino in 2015 and rename it Scratch Bar & Kitchen. Even at a time when the San Fernando Valley was not known for innovative 5-star dining, the Lees’ concepts gathered such a strong buzz that discerning diners cheerfully followed them “over the hill.”
