Mandarin Oriental recently announced the development of Mandarin Oriental Residences, West Palm Beach, the brand’s first standalone residential offering in South Florida. Slated to open in 2031, the project will span 87 private residences positioned along the Intracoastal Waterway with unprecedented waterfront access.
The 31-story property will offer a select of two- to four-bedroom residences; two expansive, multilevel private villas; and a full-floor penthouse. Each residence will come with private elevator access and a wraparound balcony with views of the waterway.
Resort-style amenities will include a rooftop lounge with a pool, cabanas, spa and state-of-the-art fitness center. On the ground level, a pool with a bar, cabanas and loungers will be complemented by a private, beach-inspired setting along the waterway. Additional amenities, like a pickleball court, garden lounge and other thoughtfully designed spaces, will treat residents to a resort-like atmosphere.
