Korean Air recently unveiled its newly renovated Prestige East Lounge at Incheon International Airport Terminal 2. Spanning more than 5,000 square feet, the lounge features 192 seats, a buffet, live cooking stations, dining areas, a bar and shower facilities. Passengers also have access to work-friendly areas.

Unique to the lounge is Ramyeon Library, reflecting the global popularity of K-Food. This self-service station allows customers to customize their own instant noodles, select preferred toppings and cook them instantly in automated machines. A cooking studio, L’atelier, operating in collaboration with chefs from Grand Hyatt Incheon, is also in the lounge, offering participation-based classes, available via on-site reservation.
To ensure a seamless customer experience, Korean Air integrated IT and data-driven services into its lounge operations. Passengers utilizing vouchers or mileage can use the Korean Air website or mobile app to secure access in advance. First and Prestige Class passengers, as well as SkyTeam Elite Plus members, retain priority access without the need for reservations. An on-site system also alerts passengers when seats become available during peak hours.

Prestige East Lounge is located on the fourth floor of Terminal 2, part of a broader expansion at Incheon Terminal 2 as Korean Air integrates with Asiana Airlines. By the first half of this year, Korean Air plans to complete renovations of its First Class Lounge and Prestige West Lounge.
