Kona Village, a Rosewood Resort recently announced the lineup of its monthly culinary pop-up series, running June–December. The rotating chef- and bartender-led experiences showcase both visiting bars and restaurants, as well as local Hawaiian fare — all from the comfort of the resort’s dining venues.

Each month the property hosts a variety of culinary and mixology events. Here’s a sampling of what guests can expect:

• June 26–27, Austin-based chef Kevin Fink showcases ingredients from the resort’s on-site farm alongside locally sourced seafood.
• Celebrate July 4 with mixologist Julie Reiner during a sunset bar experience.
• Imbibe innovative cocktails with Alex Jump at on-site Shipwreck Bar and Island Roots, Aug. 28–29.
• Enjoy pasta and wood-fired pizza prepared by chefs Thomas McNaughton and Ryan Pollnow, Sept. 18–19.
• James Beard Award finalist Rubén Rolón brings unique, travel-inspired cocktails to Shipwreck Bar’s sushi offerings, Oct. 9–10.
