Tokyo, Japan’s, newest sky-high luxury hotel opens this October. JW Marriott Hotel Tokyo marks the luxury brand’s first outpost in the city, bringing 200 modern and elegant guestrooms and suites to the heart of Tokyo.
In addition to upscale accommodations, the new JW Marriott hotel will also boast seven dining venues, featuring collaborations with Michelin-starred consulting chefs Nishida Kazumine and Emmanuel Stroobant. Highlights include Saki, serving modern kappo; Kako, a traditional Japanese restaurant with sake from every prefecture; and Sefino, a Southern Mediterranean-influenced eatery.

The world’s first JW Mindfulness Floor also debuts at this hotel, boasting Spa by JW, nine Mindful Rooms, a pool, fitness center and curated wellness programming. The hotel also showcases ceramic works and photography throughout the property, embracing the natural beauty of Goten-yama and Zen philosophy.

JW Marriott Hotel Tokyo officially opens Oct. 2. The hotel sits just 20 minutes from Haneda Airport, occupying floors 23–30 of the South Tower in Takanawa Gateway City.
