Oceanfront Accommodations & Private Bungalows
The resort and Lahaina Kai Tower offer well-appointed rooms and suites overlooking the ocean — guests can also choose to stay in private beachfront bungalows. The bungalows are currently in the process of a complete renovation. Set to be unveiled in 2023, the new bungalows feature island-inspired, retro chic furniture and decor, renovated showers and vanity areas, new lanai decks, and patio furniture.

Kiawe Outdoor Under the Branches
In a new partnership with Kiawe Outdoor, the resort offers a unique communal, alfresco dining experience set under the legendary 100-year-old rubber tree with a 75-foot canopy. The twice-weekly experience supports local farmers and purveyors and features a fresh, locally sourced menu cooked over an open fire. The immersive culinary experience includes celebratory Champagne, appetizers and a five-course meal with wine and cocktail pairings.
Updated Menus
The Royal Ocean Terrace Restaurant & Lounge features locally inspired dishes and handcrafted cocktails steps from the sand. Guests enjoy delectable dishes celebrating the island, such as poke bowls, coconut shrimp, hand line ahi carpaccio, seafood cioppino and more.

Cultural Experiences
Once a traditional vacation spot for Hawai’ian royalty, the property is now owned and curated by locals who share the values of the island. Guests can take ukulele and hula lessons, listen to live Hawai’ian music and take part in a polyfit class.
