Holland America Line is changing the way guests access shipboard experiences and information across the fleet with the launch of Navigator, a free mobile-friendly tool.

Navigator allows guests to plan their daily activities, explore and book shore excursions, view restaurant menus and make dining and spa reservations. The tool does not need to be downloaded in advance, does not require an internet connection and can be used on most personal devices including phones, tablets and laptops.

“Consumers expect to be able to plan their activities digitally, and Navigator makes it easy for our guests to put many of our shipboard experiences at their fingertips,” said Orlando Ashford, president, Holland America Line. “Navigator is changing the way we’re presenting various options on board, and with all of the convenient features it’s easier than ever to plan your time and have instant access to personalized cruise details.”

Additional features include access to ship deck plans, a list of frequently asked questions and links to complimentary Internet sites. Guests can also create an itinerary up to a week in advance of departure.
