Hilton Worldwide opened its fourth hotel in Russia in Krasnodar, the cultural hub of southern Russia. Located close to the Krasnodar International Airport (KRR), the Hilton Garden Inn Krasnodar features 165 guestrooms, a restaurant, bar, three meeting rooms and a fitness center. Hilton plans to double the number of hotels it operates in Russia to eight this year and will open locations in Moscow, Krasnoyarsk and Voronezh. “With major events on the horizon such as the 2014 Winter Olympics and 2018 FIFA World Cup, Russia’s profile as a visitor destination is increasing.  Supporting this burgeoning demand for business and leisure travel, by the end of the year we expect to double the number of hotels that we operate to eight in locations across the country,” said Simon Vincent, Hilton Worldwide vice president for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. “I am delighted that we have opened our fourth Russian hotel in Krasnodar, extending our award winning Hilton Garden Inn brand to travelers in the region.”
