On Jan. 12, Hilton officially opened Hilton Motif Seattle, a 319-room hotel formerly known as Motif Seattle. Situated on Fifth Avenue between Pike Place Market and Union Street in downtown Seattle, the new Hilton property features spacious guestrooms, each with a vestibule. Premier rooms boast a mini living room area with a couch or plush chair, while suites feature a private wet bar and locally commissioned artwork.

Hilton Motif Seattle invites guests to indulge in delicious meals and refreshing cocktails at Frolik Kitchen + Cocktails, the on-site restaurant and bar voted one of the best rooftop bars in America. The partially tented restaurant allows guests to enjoy the views and locally inspired dishes in all weather. The restaurant and bar area is also available for private events for up to 260 guests. The new hotel also features the only rooftop curling rink in Washington, open to guests in winter.

In addition to the rooftop restaurant and bar, Hilton Motif Seattle also provides plenty of event and meeting space for various occasions. With more than 32,400 square feet of indoor dedicated meeting and conference facilities, the hotel allows guests to enjoy state-of-the-art space, including two grand ballrooms with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the city.

The art pieces will be transported to this Romanian city under guard, and the costs associated with the exhibition are expected to exceed $2.1 million. Out of that sum, approximately half will go toward the museum, which will host the event, while the other half will cover the exhibition itself. Timisoara was selected as a 2023 European Capital of Culture, and the exhibition will be one of the city’s major cultural events during the year.
