Hilton just announced the launch of its Outset Collection by Hilton, a brand-new portfolio of independent hotels ranging from urban destinations to small towns, adventure outposts to offbeat hubs. Outset Collection’s first hotels will begin to welcome guests later this year, with bookings available on Hilton.com starting this November.

At launch, the collection will boast more than 60 hotels in development, with long-term growth potential of more than 500 U.S. and Canadian hotels. Outset Collection will feature a wide array of hotels with upscale finishes and story-driven designs, meaning each property reflects its location and identity. For instance, food and beverages will vary across the brand based on market demand, guest sentiment or hotel experience, from cafés with light bites to full dinner and lunch concepts.

Confirmed hotels currently include a basecamp for exploration in Moab and a boutique hotel in Chicago.
