Guesthouse, a collection of new, members-only rental houses combining the comforts of a rental home with the amenities of a boutique hotel, announced the opening date of its inaugural property. Guesthouse Lake Tahoe, set to open this spring, is now available for booking for travelers visiting Northern California’s Truckee-Tahoe.

The property features a residential-style design, perfect for guests to enjoy exclusive amenities like a private in-house chef and 24/7 house captain. Other luxury amenities include a private driver, local guide and ski access to any Lake Tahoe resort. The house captain helps guests manage the home and works with the private driver and chef to help coordinate private transfers, customized meals, itinerary planning, special events, walkway shoveling, grocery shopping and dog walking.

The property is located in the heart of historic downtown Truckee and includes newly built private residences, as well as Titus House, which features Guesthouse Pantry, an artisanal bakery and café. Guesthouse Lake Tahoe properties have four bedrooms with three king-sized suites, 5.5 baths, and indoor and outdoor areas. The house comfortably sleeps 10 and provides plenty of privacy for guests to relax and recharge. There are also plenty of communal spaces for travelers to get out and interact with other guests.

Guesthouse Lake Tahoe was designed to take the planning out of group stays. Guests can fully customize their stay with different amenities catering to their travel wishes, whether it be fun celebrations, family vacations or a business retreat. The central great room features a wraparound fireplace, dining room and open-concept kitchen. Other spaces include an upstairs loft, finished flex garage space with a kitchenette and mountain views, a media room, three outdoor decks, a fire pit, and more.
