GETTING THERE & AROUND
Punta Cana International Airport lies just a 15- or 20-minute ride from Cap Cana. Airlines flying to Punta Cana include Air Canada, American, Delta Air Lines, JetBlue, Southwest Airlines and United Airlines, with direct flights from such cities as Miami (MIA), Philadelphia (PHL), Dallas (DFW), Chicago (ORD), New York (JFK) and Los Angeles (LAX). Car rental services are located on site; and taxis, Uber, hotel shuttles and public transportation offer other options. Car rentals run $40–70 per day, and airport transfers via taxi cost $20–40, with in-town trips $5–15.
