Situated on Florida’s Singer Island, recently opened Amrit Ocean Resort launches a wellness retreat series. Held monthly, this series aims to inspire longevity. The first retreat kicks off Feb. 27.

Led by industry experts, retreats include treatments and therapies in the resort’s massive Amrit Wellness & Spa facilities, as well as information sessions and curated meals from the resort’s wellness restaurants. Programs focus on five pillars of wellness: mindfulness, nutrition, fitness, relaxation and sleep.

The first retreat, Nexus Vitality, takes place Feb. 27–March 2. Led by Harvard-trained experts, the retreat offers guests strategies to unlock their brains’ full potential.
