On July 2 Etihad Airways touched down at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, marking the launch of its first-ever non-stop service from Abu Dhabi’s Zayed International Airport.
The new route expands the airline’s footprint in the United States, connecting the cultural and commercial heart of the Southeast with Abu Dhabi and beyond.
The new route currently operates four times a week and will increase to daily service in November. Etihad’s next-generation Airbus A350-1000 aircraft operates the flight, featuring the airline’s elevated business-class suites with sliding doors, wireless charging, fully flat beds and Bluetooth connectivity. The aircraft’s economy class includes Smart seats, 13-inch touchscreens, and access to complimentary in-flight chat or full WiFi browsing options.
