The Enterprise Fleet Management division took home a Gold Stevie Award for Most Innovative Company of the Year – Up to 2,500 Employees at the 2016 American Business Awards. Fleet management refers to the “comprehensive organization, analysis and actions taken to keep a company’s collection of vehicles running smoothly.” The award brings Enterprise Fleet Management’s total Stevie Award list to 13. The company previously won awards in categories of business intelligence solutions, sales and customer service, new products and services and environmental responsibility. This year, the innovations that drove the company to the top of the list were attributed to the company’s recent $100 million investment in information technology solutions. The IT solutions implemented included the launch of a new customer log-in website, the deployment of 500 new Microsoft Surface Pro 3 devices — for its entire North American sales team — and the development of a web-based Fleet Planning Toolkit. Enterprise also started a partnership with Auto Integrate, a web-based repair and maintenance authorization tool. Enterprise Fleet Management also ranked as a finalist in this year’s Information Week Elite 100 and received an Automotive Service Excellent Blue Seal of Excellence award for the 19^th consecutive year.
