While a night out on the town isn’t possible at the moment, that doesn’t mean you have to skip date night altogether. Get a little competition going and host your own version of Chopped, or take turns alternating and preparing resort-level meals at home.

Check out these luxury vacation-inspired recipes:

First up, cocktails. Create your own Heavy-Handed Gin and Tonic like the one you’d enjoy at Whiteface Lodge’s KANU, located in Lake Placid, New York.

For the appetizer, start your night with a cucumber zucchini salad with hearts of palm, as you’d find on the menu at Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain Resort & Spa in Scottsdale, Arizona. It’s simple, light and refreshing.

Prime Delmonico, from the Tap Room at Pebble Beach Resorts in Pebble Beach, California, offers a great excuse to fire up the grill. This recipe requires little more than a prime cut, salt, pepper and a grill.

Don’t forget the sides, with potato broccoli gratin with garlic, just like Gaby Brasserie Française’s at Sofitel New York in New York City. Bulk up the side dish to serve as a main for vegetarians or enjoy paired with your steak.

On to dessert, create your own key lime tart, using the flavors of Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa at Riviera Beach, Florida. You can basically taste the Floridian sunset with this one.
