In 2027, Crystal Cruises will host dedicated voyages aboard Crystal Serenity and Crystal Symphony featuring expert-led fitness, nutrition, mindfulness and longevity science programming. The four new Wellness at Sea retreats were curated by Dalila Roglieri, wellness ambassador & culinary nutritionist, Crystal.

Each sailing follows four core pillars to support a holistic approach to self-care: culinary nutrition, physical activity, mental wellbeing and education in longevity science, with nutrition consultations, cooking demonstrations and culinary workshops; yoga, Pilates, strength training, dance, aqua fitness and pickleball; meditation, breathing classes, gratitude journaling and sound healing; and lectures focused on healthy aging and longevity science.

Crystal Symphony

This trans-Atlantic crossing focuses on lifelong healthy habits through yoga, functional fitness, Pilates-inspired movement, culinary nutrition workshops, one-on-one consultations, meditation, sound healing, breathwork and lectures.

Panama to New York | Aug. 20–Sept. 3, 2027

Crystal Serenity

This voyage introduces an enhanced pickleball experience led by Kat Valos, fitness specialist and pickleball player. Designed for all skill levels, the program includes on-court instruction, off-court conditioning, a friendly onboard tournament, yoga, strength training, sound healing, culinary nutrition workshops, mindfulness sessions and longevity-focused education.
