Compass Hospitality, a Bangkok-based hotel group, unveiled a new luxury brand this month.
The Ananda Hua Hin Resort & Spa opened April 1, marking the launch of the high-end Ananda concept. This new brand joins a collection including Compass, Citrus and Citin hotels and resorts.
“The brand is informal but sophisticated, ensuring we are not trapped by unwieldy brand rules and regulations so we can focus on providing an exceptional and personalised guest experience,” said Jonathan Lim, executive vice president of operations, Compass Hospitality.
The new property is located on a breathtaking beachfront site, only 15 minutes from Hua Hin, a popular resort town on the Gulf of Thailand.
The resort offers 196 rooms, 23 pool villas and designated family areas. Hotel amenities include four food and beverage outlets, an Ananda-branded spa and extensive meeting space.
In addition to becoming the company’s first Ananda-branded property, the Ananda Hua Hin is the company’s 42nd managed property in the world, in addition to hotels and resorts in Thailand, Malaysia and the United Kingdom.
