Last week, Capital One expanded its travel benefits for miles cardholders with the addition of three new transfer partners: Japan Airlines Mileage Bank, Qatar Airways Privilege Club and I Prefer Hotel Rewards. With this update, Capital One now offers 22 airline and hotel transfer partners, the most expansive miles transfer program among major credit card issuers.

New transfer options for miles cardholders (Venture X, Venture X Business, Venture, VentureOne and Spark Miles) include:

Japan Airlines Mileage Bank

Transfers will be available at a 2:1:5 ratio, with a limited-time 30 percent bonus available during the first month of launch. With Venture X, Venture X Business and Venture, cardholders earn unlimited two times miles on every purchase, meaning every dollar spent equals 1.5 JAL miles.

Qatar Airways Privilege Club

Cardholders can transfer miles at a 1:1 ratio into Privilege Club, unlocking flexibility across Avios partners. With Venture X, Venture X Business and Venture, cardholders earn unlimited two times miles on every purchase, meaning every dollar spent translates to two Qatar miles, which can be redeemed for premium experiences.

I Prefer Hotel Rewards

Cardholders can transfer miles at a 1:2 ratio into I Prefer Hotel Rewards. With Venture X, Venture X Business and Venture, cardholders earn unlimited two times miles on every purchase, meaning each dollar spent can unlock four I Prefer points.
