Boise, Idaho’s, largest hotel, dual-branded AC/Element by Marriott, opened May 12. At the intersection of the city’s primary business, convention and entertainment corridors, the 296-key hotel is also the state’s first dual-branded property.

Pairing both brands under one roof allows guests to select the right brand for them. Element by Marriott, ideal for extended stays, occupies floors five–seven, with 121 studio and one-bedroom suites. Accommodations include fully equipped kitchens, complimentary Element Rise breakfast and wellness-focused amenities. AC Hotels by Marriott caters to both short-stay business and design-conscious travelers through its European-inspired spaces. Spanning floors eight through 15 with 175 keys, AC Hotels by Marriott embraces design and comfort.

Forty percent of inventory across both brands is configured as double/double, a deliberate choice based on demand data from other hotels in Boise. The hotel is also the first in the city offering double king rooms with a sofa bed to accommodate families and larger groups.

The property boasts meeting and event spaces, totaling about 8,250 square feet. The Boise Post on the 16^th floor is a rooftop restaurant and lounge with city and foothill views and an Idaho-inspired menu. In the lobby is AC Café, operating as the only Starbucks location in downtown Boise. The hotel also offers a Relax evening reception featuring beer, wine and appetizers.
