Ancient Baths Brand Opens Second Location in New York City

AIRE Ancient Baths officially opened the doors of its second New York City location March 1, bringing even more wellness to New Yorkers and visitors. Following the success of its location in Tribeca, AIRE New York Upper East Side debuts, blending ancient traditions from Roman, Greek and Ottoman civilizations.

Situated within an early 20th-century building, AIRE New York Upper East Side boasts six baths: The Caldarium (hot bath of 104° Fahrenheit), Tepidarium (two warm baths of 97° Fahrenheit), Frigidarium (ice bath of 50° Fahrenheit) and Balneum (jet bath).

A first for the AIRE brand, this new location also boasts a dramatic, suspended Floatarium, a salt bath suspended between two floors.

The new AIRE location includes the same elements guests expect from the brand, such as a signature Orange Garden fragrance and enchanting décor hand selected from shops around the world.

AIRE New York Upper East Side spans 9,600 square feet, complete with two marble exfoliation beds, 12 massage beds across multiple treatment rooms, men’s and women’s locker rooms, and more.

This location joins AIRE’s eight other locations around the world, including London, Chicago, Copenhagen, Barcelona, Seville, Vallromanes (Spain) and Almería (Spain). Seville marked AIRE’s global debut back in 2001.
