Anantara Hotels & Resorts announced its first Caribbean property, bringing a branded residence concept of condos and villas, as well as hotel accommodations, to North Caicos in Turks & Caicos.

Located a short boat ride from Providenciales, this property marks the first luxury development on this island, also known as The Garden Island. Anantara Turks and Caicos Resort & Residences, slated to debut in 2029, will feature 78 branded residences, including a collection of beachfront villas, all available for private ownership.

The resort and residences will introduce a new expression of the island rooted in a deep connection with nature, privacy and authenticity. Native species, flowering botanicals and medicinal plants from the resort’s gardens will inspire treatments at full-service Anantara Spa. An on-site observatory, meanwhile, will add a celestial dimension through activities guided by lunar cycles, planetary alignments and seasonal shifts, as well as relaxation rituals and sleep-focused experiences.

The property will also boast a fitness center; yoga studios; tennis, padel and pickleball courts; dedicated water sports center; and multiple pools.

Anantara Turks and Caicos will be accessible either via Providenciales International Airport, followed by a short, private boat transfer to the resort’s marina, or via North Caicos Airport (currently undergoing redevelopment to better enhance private-flight access to the island).
