Amtrak and Lyft partner, making it safer and easier for travelers to get to and from the Amtrak station.
Customers can use the Amtrak mobile app to access the Lyft app to request a ride. New Lyft users will receive $5 off their first four rides using promo code AMTRAKLYFT. Lyft operates in more than 360 communities across the United States, covering 80 percent of the population and reaching 97 percent of Amtrak riders.
The partnership allows for a seamless end-to-end travel experience from the doorstep to an Amtrak station.
