Premium passengers flying Alaska Airlines from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport will have a new place to relax next month with the opening of the carrier’s second Board Room in the North Satellite terminal. Board Room members and full-fare first-class travelers have access to the lounge, featuring comfortable furnishings, business work stations, free WiFi large-screen TVs and complimentary juices, beer, wine, cocktails, Starbucks coffee/espresso and snacks.
“Our members have been eagerly anticipating the addition of a North Satellite Board Room. We’re pleased to soon be able to offer our members a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of the day of travel near our North Satellite gates, and expect construction to be complete in time for a mid-November opening,” said Sangita Woerner, vice president of marketing, Alaska Airlines. “And yes, the new Board Room will feature one of our famous pancake machines.”
The second Seattle location joins Alaska’s other Board Rooms at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, Portland International Airport and Los Angeles International Airport.

Opened March 2025, Villatel Resort Orlando is one of Orlando’s newest elevated resorts, but far more unique and private than you’ll find at many other resorts and hotels in the area. The name alone points to an experience beyond your typical hotel room or suite; here, you have the flexibility to select from a wide range of modern villas, ranging from four to nine bedrooms, as well as a series of Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy units.
